The 6th Annual National Buffalo Wing Traditional Sauce Contest will be taking place on Sunday September 3rd at 2:00 P.M.

A small butane stove will be provided to you, as well as, chicken wings. You need to bring all of your own ingredients, mixing bowls, serving trays, utensils and all other items you may need.

A panel of five local celebrities and sponsor representatives will taste test your recipe. Their decision is final. You will prepare ten chicken wings. Each contestant will then proceed to the judge's area to show off their decorated tray of wings. Your presentation of wings will be taken into consideration. You will then personally serve each judge one chicken wing each.

One winner will be selected from each category. Winners will receive bragging rights and local and national publicity.

A prize package including a beautiful trophy/engraved plate will be presented to each champion.
